APPROVAL AND DEPOSIT 

We will review you application within 2 business days of receipt. Applications are processed in the order that they are received. If you home is a good fit, we will notify you. Deposits are $500 and are only accepted after your application is approved.  The remaining balance is due on puppy pick up day or when the pup is 7 weeks of age if we are transporting or shipping.  We accept Cash (preferred), Zelle, or a cashier's check made out to Timberland Falls Goldendoodles for final payment. (NO PERSONAL CHECKS FOR FINAL PAYMENT) Also, for a 3% service fee we will accept PayPal. Deposits are accepted in good faith. The breeder is promising to hold a puppy of the buyer’s choice, and the buyer is promising to keep their part of the agreement and pay for a puppy.​ If you paid a deposit and circumstances are such that you decide you cannot buy a puppy at this time, you may move the deposit to the next litter of the same size one time without penalty or choose to be fully refunded. Any and all circumstances are accepted for refunds.

If you choose to move your deposit, you must choose a puppy from the very next litter of the same size or your deposit will be returned. We cannot keep up with deposits and it would be unfair to you and us if you did not agree to this stipulation.

DEPOSITS BECOME NON-REFUNDABLE WHEN:

You must inform Timberland Falls Goldendoodles of this decision to postpone or fall off the litter's waiting list before the puppy is four weeks old in order to make the puppy available for other buyers. If you neglect to inform us prior to the puppy turning four weeks of age, your deposit will become non-refundable. Also if you are specific in sex, and color and you have placed a deposit on a litter prior to birth and we do not have a puppy of your specific choice, you can elect to be placed at the top of then next waiting list or again receive a refund. Your application must indicate that we do not have what you were seeking. Unfortunately we will not take your word for it, this is why an application must be submitted and accepted prior to placing a deposit.

YOUR PICK OF PUPPY: Puppies will be chosen after Volhard testing and in order of deposit.  Also as indicated on the application. If your requested choice is not available, you may elect another puppy from another litter. We ask that you make a choice asap and within the scheduled time that we will send you in an email after the testing results are sent to you especially since there may be other families waiting for a chance to choose. Should you elect to not choose a puppy for other reasons other than indicated on the puppy application, the deposit is forfeited and the deposit will be applied to the costs of finding the puppy another home.

SELECTION AND VISITS: We welcome you to our home. Our home base is very nomad in 2021.  We will be between Troutman, NC and Martinsburg, WV. We eventually be in Colville, WA in 2022. We will gladly schedule a visit with you to select your puppy in person between 4 and 7 weeks of age, and we will accommodate you with your location if at all possible. Once a visit has been scheduled, we require a 48 hour notice of cancellation. There is a $200.00 appointment cancellation fee, if you do not contact us 48 hours in advance. We discourage rescheduling due to our current circumstances, however if unforeseen circumstances arise with you and you absolutely cannot make the appointment, please contact us soon as possible and we will reschedule you to another date and time.

GOING HOME: We cannot hold puppies for extended times; it is critical for their social development that the litter departs within a reasonable time frame. If you have a big vacation planned or have events that would conflict with a young puppy, please know puppies cannot be boarded in a kennel until they have received their full immunizations and their rabies vaccination which cannot be done until 3 months of age. We will  kennel our puppies (as long as they have not left for your home) for a $150.00 weekly boarding fee until 12 weeks of age. During this time we will train and give needed socialization experiences.

CONTRACT: We have a contract and will not place a puppy without a signed contract. We believe it's the professional thing to do to memorialize our obligations to each other on paper so there are no questions later, and for that reason it's a bit lengthy. We will send you an email after puppy selection that will have the contract and warranty attached. If you have questions about specific terms, you need to contact us prior to picking up your puppy.

SPAY/NEUTER: We require spay/neuter after the first heat cycle for females and no earlier than 18 months for males. If you're a breeder you should probably look elsewhere. Because we take cradle-to-grave "original home" responsibility for the puppies we created, puppies must be de-sexed unless you are under a guardian home agreement.
