Flexible Puppy Delivery Options

We always love meeting families in person on Adoption Day! However, we understand that travel isn't always possible. That’s why we offer several flexible and affordable delivery options to ensure your puppy arrives safely and comfortably at your home.

Airline Delivery with Human Companion

If you’re not located near us or can’t make the trip, we’re happy to deliver your puppy via air travel. We will personally accompany your puppy and meet you at your local airport.

Costs include:

• Round-trip airfare

• In-cabin pet fee

• Airline-approved carrier

These costs will be added to the puppy's price unless you're purchasing a black male Goldendoodle—in which case, no additional travel costs apply. This option is available for both East and West Coast families.

Meet-Up Option – Colville, WA

We are happy to meet you halfway, up to 3 hours from Colville, WA, for a $150 travel fee. For meet-ups between 4–6 hours away, front door delivery rates apply

• Available Monday–Friday after 4 PM and any time on weekends

• Puppies must be picked up the same day we travel (we do not overnight puppies)

• Flexible hours on weekend or federal holidays

Greeneville, TN Delivery Options

For families near our Greeneville, TN location, local pickup is preferred. Delivery options similar to those listed above may be available from this location as well, but must be arranged in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs!

Important Note on Shipping

We never ship puppies as cargo. All deliveries are made in person, either by car or with a flight companion, to ensure the health and comfort of your puppy.

Finalizing Payment on Delivery

We accept several forms of payment on Adoption Day, with cash as our preferred method. Please review the options and important notes below to ensure a smooth transaction:

 Accepted Payment Methods:

• Cash – Preferred and easiest option.

• Certified Check – Must be made out to: Timberland Falls Goldendoodles

• PayPal – See important details below.

• Zelle – See important transfer limit information below.

​Using PayPal

If you choose to use PayPal, we require you to select the “Friends and Family” payment option.

• No fees if funded by your PayPal balance or linked bank account.

• If using a credit or debit card, the sender will be charged a fee—even with “Friends and Family.”

• This method does not offer Buyer/Seller Protection, so it’s only recommended when we are meeting in person for the handoff.

​Using Zelle

Zelle is a convenient way to pay, but it comes with bank-imposed daily or monthly limits that vary based on your account type and institution.

• Verify your Zelle limits ahead of time to ensure you're able to send the full balance on Adoption Day.

• If your limit is too low, you’ll need to bring the remaining balance in cash.

• We strongly recommend contacting your bank before travel to confirm your transfer capabilities and avoid last-minute complications.

 

By preparing in advance, you’ll help ensure Adoption Day is relaxed and focused on welcoming your new puppy, not on payment issues.

You may pay the balance when matched with your puppy, but it is not required until the moment you receive your puppy.
